2. Handcrafted Artisan Nature
Every Ironhearth casting and carbon steel piece is hand-finished, polished, and pre-seasoned by master craftsmen. Minor surface variations, natural bronze-amber seasoning tones, and casting swirl marks are authentic hallmarks of artisanal metallurgy and are not manufacturing defects.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue items without prior notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement through our secure PCI-compliant processor (Stripe). In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue an immediate full refund.
4. Custom Monogram & Engraving Policy
Custom laser or hand-chiseled engravings are personalized specifically for each customer. Please double-check all initials, dates, and spelling before submitting your order. Engraved heirloom items are non-returnable unless a metallurgical defect exists in the casting.
5. Ironhearth Lifetime Heirloom Guarantee
We stand behind the integrity of our iron and steel for life. Our guarantee covers casting cracks, structural faults, and metal separation under standard culinary use. It does not cover rust resulting from prolonged soaking, improper dishwasher exposure, intentional physical abuse, or commercial kitchen misuse. We provide complimentary restoration guidance for surface cosmetic oxidation.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
