2. Easy Return Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return:

INF-123456). - We will provide a prepaid insured return shipping label and packing instructions.
- Upon receipt and inspection at our foundry, your refund will be issued to your original Stripe payment method within 2–3 business days.
3. The Ironhearth Lifetime Heirloom Guarantee
We forge and cast our cookware to be passed down through generations. If your Ironhearth cast iron or carbon steel piece ever cracks, breaks, or suffers from structural metal failure under ordinary domestic culinary conditions, we will repair or replace it at no charge for the life of the vessel.
